Since I've been communicating with my great-great Grandfather through my cheval glass for a number of years I was much heartened to learn of your efforts to talk to Abby. A tip: for get the grave: the granite in the area is a buffer to real communication. Go for the glass itself. Appropriately attire yourself (if possible in about fifteen yards of vintage crinoline, preferably blue) and something from Cape Verde, preferably hand-woven. Position yourself about twelve feet away from your mirror with the following mixed carefully in a blender: sage, hysop, hemp from George Washington's field in Kentucky (private blend), honey, cinnamon. Blend with apple vinegar and serve hot to a few trusted friends in frosted silver loving cups from at least 1875. (I have one if you need it for the event; I'll hurry it down; just tell me when!) Mine says Alexander Wylly Habersham, December 25, 1858 on it. For some reason I believe he has communicated with Abby on the subject of Charles Stewart Parnell. I believe she would like to talk to a woman about him, still. Clearly you are the woman she would like to talk to. Let me know how it goes! Douglas Day, douglasday1@mac.com
